I'm betting the ML on the Jets as well as taking the points. I think the game will be close and low scoring. 20 points should be enough to win. Hopefully the rookie QB makes a couple of mistakes and the Jets eek out a win, then on to Foxboro. But I'm a Jet fan, so I'm betting with my heart and not my head.
I'm a jet fan too, but my biggest bet of the day is Pitt, straight up and in teasers. I think that on the basis of 1 game (SD) everybody is giving the Jets a chance. They are still the same team that went into a tailspin the last half of the season. I will bet the Jets in a small ML parlay with SL (which will pay about 15-1)to hedge off.

Issue for the Jets is Pennington's arm - appeared ok last week but will colder weather cause problems? Third straight road game is tough too, but Roethlisberger is a rookie in his first playoff game off a 3 week layoff.
Jets will have to weather the crowd and early storm from Pitt, if they do they could keep it within 9; I think Pitt wins by 3 or 4 here unless the Jets collapse for some reason. Depends on whether they feel they can compete, based on the first game I would think they do.
